The Campaign for U of T Astronomy

The Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics, together with its sibling units, the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics and the Dunlap Institute for Astronomy & Astrophysics, is Canada's preeminent home for astrophysical research, teaching, instrumentation and public education. Our formidable team of scientists and talented students are doing some of the most advanced astronomical research in the world. Our combined expertise represents a diversity that is unparalleled in Canada and matched only by top-ranked centres worldwide.

STARFINDERS, the Campaign for U of T Astronomy, is our first-ever effort to bring together our community of alumni and friends to advance our bold vision for the future of Astronomy at U of T.

Below you will find four opportunities to get involved and make a significant impact on research, teaching and the student experience. Your gift will continue our proud tradition of excellence by supporting the new generation of astronomers and astrophysicists who are confronting some of the biggest and most exciting questions about the universe and our place in it. Make your donation now and become a STARFINDER.

To send in a donation by mail: please download and complete our pledge form and return to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.
